Waiting several weeks for placards, even for standard kits, creates unacceptable delays during cabin retrofits, redeliveries, or refurbishments. Aviation requires specific materials (Lexan™ FR65, 3M™ 468MP adhesive, etc.) adding delays in order processing.
Traditional formats (rolls and full cuted labels) are inconvenient to apply, store, and organize during fast-paced operations. Technicians waste time locating, peeling, and applying labels.
Including QR codes and configuration references is critical for modern MRO and Part21 needs, yet rarely available in standard labeling workflows.
